Bonding

We are continuing to bond our relationship with Sash (Elizabeth). We have only four days now until she will be released to us. This Wednesday, after paperwork and passport is completed, we will travel back to Kiev by car. It is a 500km journey (or 5 hours). The road is very fast, not much different from an interstate. There are many rest places along the way, which will help.
On Thursday morning, at 9AM we have her medical done and at 10AM appointment with the US Embassy for her travel visa. The Visa will be ready in the afternoon if all goes well. Originally, we tried for an appointment for Friday, but the Emassy is closed for Christmas. We will have a little more time in Kiev on Friday before our evening flight to Amsterdam. In Amsterdam, we will spend a night and leave the following morning to New York.

We cannot wait see Thomas and our dear family and friends! Please pray for us on this last leg of this journey! We will try to post again before we leave Ukraine.

And the sun has been shining this week!

David, Louise and Sasha,
Can't wait to see you on Saturday!!

You're in our prayers as you go through these last bureaucratic issues this week. Please God all will get resolved without a hitch.

We've hired a large vehicle to pick you up on Saturday (3:40pm ET). We'll bring the car seat.

Tried to call you today (Sunday) but couldn't get through.
-Carl, Thomas, Mom.

We were out of town and I was away from my computer for the last two weeks. Managed to avoid all the suspense here at your site but now am enjoying all the blessed, fabulous news about Sasha. What a great Christmas gift for the Kulo's...and all of us who have been praying soooo long for all y'all!!!
Will be waiting our turn to see your new little angel. We are thrilled indeed... Whooopeeee!

Dear David, Louise & Sasha,
Thinking of you and hoping that things went smoothly today. We enjoyed having breakfast at Bob's Diner and then pizza at Benvenuti's with Thomas and Carl this past weekend. Sounds like we will miss your return by one day, since we are heading for Florida. So, we wish you a very Merry Christmas! We'll call. Have a safe trip.
Love and hugs,
Laura, Keith, Win & Max
